初步核算,全年國內生(sheng)產(chan)總(zong)值1349084億元(yuan),按不變(bian)價格計(ji)算,比(bi)上年增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)5.0%。分產(chan)業(ye)看(kan),第(di)一產(chan)業(ye)增(zeng)(zeng)加(jia)值91414億元(yuan),比(bi)上年增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)3.5%;第(di)二產(chan)業(ye)增(zeng)(zeng)加(jia)值492087億元(yuan),增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)5.3%;第(di)三產(chan)業(ye)增(zeng)(zeng)加(jia)值765583億元(yuan),增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)5.0%。分季(ji)(ji)度(du)看(kan),一季(ji)(ji)度(du)國內生(sheng)產(chan)總(zong)值同比(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)5.3%,二季(ji)(ji)度(du)增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)4.7%,三季(ji)(ji)度(du)增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)4.6%,四(si)季(ji)(ji)度(du)增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)5.4%。從環比(bi)看(kan),四(si)季(ji)(ji)度(du)國內生(sheng)產(chan)總(zong)值增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)1.6%。
一、糧食產量再上新臺階,畜牧業生產穩定增長

二、工業生產增勢較好,裝備制造業和高技術制造業增長較快

三、服務業持續增長,現代服務業發展良好

四、市場銷售保持增長,網上零售較為活躍

五、固定資產投資規模擴大,高技術產業投資增長較快
全年全國(guo)固定資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)產(chan)(chan)投資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(不含農(nong)戶(hu))514374億元(yuan),比(bi)上年增(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)3.2%;扣除房(fang)(fang)地產(chan)(chan)開發投資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi),全國(guo)固定資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)產(chan)(chan)投資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)增(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)7.2%。分領域看,基礎設施投資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)增(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)4.4%,制(zhi)造(zao)業(ye)(ye)(ye)投資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)增(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)9.2%,房(fang)(fang)地產(chan)(chan)開發投資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)下(xia)(xia)降(jiang)(jiang)10.6%。全國(guo)新建商品房(fang)(fang)銷(xiao)售面積97385萬平方(fang)米,下(xia)(xia)降(jiang)(jiang)12.9%;新建商品房(fang)(fang)銷(xiao)售額96750億元(yuan),下(xia)(xia)降(jiang)(jiang)17.1%。分產(chan)(chan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)看,第一產(chan)(chan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)投資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)增(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)2.6%,第二(er)產(chan)(chan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)投資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)增(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)12.0%,第三產(chan)(chan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)投資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)下(xia)(xia)降(jiang)(jiang)1.1%。民間投資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)下(xia)(xia)降(jiang)(jiang)0.1%;扣除房(fang)(fang)地產(chan)(chan)開發投資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi),民間投資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)增(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)6.0%。高技(ji)術(shu)(shu)產(chan)(chan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)投資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)增(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)8.0%,其中高技(ji)術(shu)(shu)制(zhi)造(zao)業(ye)(ye)(ye)、高技(ji)術(shu)(shu)服務(wu)(wu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)投資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)分別(bie)(bie)增(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)7.0%、10.2%。高技(ji)術(shu)(shu)制(zhi)造(zao)業(ye)(ye)(ye)中,航(hang)空、航(hang)天器(qi)及設備(bei)制(zhi)造(zao)業(ye)(ye)(ye),計算機及辦公(gong)設備(bei)制(zhi)造(zao)業(ye)(ye)(ye)投資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)分別(bie)(bie)增(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)39.5%、7.1%;高技(ji)術(shu)(shu)服務(wu)(wu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)中,專業(ye)(ye)(ye)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)服務(wu)(wu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)、科技(ji)成果轉化服務(wu)(wu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)投資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)分別(bie)(bie)增(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)30.3%、11.4%。12月(yue)份,固定資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)產(chan)(chan)投資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(不含農(nong)戶(hu))環比(bi)增(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)0.33%。
六、貨物進出口較快增長,貿易結構持續優化
全年(nian)貨物進(jin)(jin)出(chu)口(kou)(kou)總額(e)438468億(yi)(yi)元,比上年(nian)增長(chang)(chang)5.0%。其中,出(chu)口(kou)(kou)254545億(yi)(yi)元,增長(chang)(chang)7.1%;進(jin)(jin)口(kou)(kou)183923億(yi)(yi)元,增長(chang)(chang)2.3%。對共建“一帶一路”國家進(jin)(jin)出(chu)口(kou)(kou)增長(chang)(chang)6.4%,占(zhan)進(jin)(jin)出(chu)口(kou)(kou)總額(e)的比重為(wei)50.3%。機電產品出(chu)口(kou)(kou)增長(chang)(chang)8.7%,占(zhan)出(chu)口(kou)(kou)總額(e)的比重為(wei)59.4%。12月份,貨物進(jin)(jin)出(chu)口(kou)(kou)總額(e)40670億(yi)(yi)元,同比增長(chang)(chang)6.8%。其中,出(chu)口(kou)(kou)24099億(yi)(yi)元,增長(chang)(chang)10.9%;進(jin)(jin)口(kou)(kou)16570億(yi)(yi)元,增長(chang)(chang)1.3%。
七、居民消費價格總體平穩,核心CPI小幅上漲

(3)規模以上工(gong)業的統計范圍(wei)為年主營業務收入2000萬元及以上的工(gong)業企業。
由于規(gui)模以上工業(ye)(ye)(ye)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)范(fan)(fan)圍(wei)每(mei)(mei)年(nian)發生(sheng)變化(hua),為保證本(ben)年(nian)數(shu)(shu)據與(yu)上年(nian)可(ke)比(bi),計(ji)算產(chan)品產(chan)量等(deng)各(ge)項指標(biao)同比(bi)增長速度所(suo)采用的同期數(shu)(shu)與(yu)本(ben)期的企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)統計(ji)范(fan)(fan)圍(wei)盡可(ke)能相一(yi)致,和上年(nian)公(gong)布的數(shu)(shu)據存在口徑差異。主要原因:一(yi)是統計(ji)單位范(fan)(fan)圍(wei)發生(sheng)變化(hua)。每(mei)(mei)年(nian)有部(bu)(bu)分企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)達到規(gui)模納(na)入調查(cha)范(fan)(fan)圍(wei),也有部(bu)(bu)分企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)因規(gui)模變小退出調查(cha)范(fan)(fan)圍(wei),還有新建投產(chan)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)、破產(chan)、注(吊)銷企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)等(deng)影(ying)響。二是部(bu)(bu)分企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)集團(公(gong)司)產(chan)品產(chan)量數(shu)(shu)據存在跨地(di)區重(zhong)復統計(ji)現(xian)象,根據專項調查(cha)對企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)集團(公(gong)司)跨地(di)區重(zhong)復產(chan)量進行(xing)了(le)剔重(zhong)。
(4)服務業生(sheng)產(chan)指數是指剔除價格(ge)因素后,服務業報告期相對于基期的產(chan)出變(bian)化(hua)。

由于(yu)限(xian)額(e)以上(shang)(shang)批發和(he)零售業(ye)(ye)(ye)、住宿和(he)餐飲業(ye)(ye)(ye)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(單(dan)(dan)(dan)位(wei)、個體(ti)戶(hu))范(fan)(fan)圍(wei)每年(nian)發生變化,為保證本年(nian)數據(ju)與上(shang)(shang)年(nian)可比,計算限(xian)額(e)以上(shang)(shang)單(dan)(dan)(dan)位(wei)消費(fei)品零售額(e)等各項指(zhi)標(biao)同(tong)(tong)比增(zeng)長速度(du)所采用的同(tong)(tong)期數與本期的企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(單(dan)(dan)(dan)位(wei)、個體(ti)戶(hu))統計范(fan)(fan)圍(wei)相一致,和(he)上(shang)(shang)年(nian)公(gong)布的數據(ju)存(cun)在口徑差(cha)異。主要原因是每年(nian)都有部分企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(單(dan)(dan)(dan)位(wei)、個體(ti)戶(hu))達到(dao)限(xian)額(e)標(biao)準納入調查(cha)范(fan)(fan)圍(wei),同(tong)(tong)時也(ye)有部分企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(單(dan)(dan)(dan)位(wei)、個體(ti)戶(hu))因規模變小達不(bu)到(dao)限(xian)額(e)標(biao)準退出調查(cha)范(fan)(fan)圍(wei),還有新(xin)開業(ye)(ye)(ye)、破產、注(吊)銷(xiao)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(單(dan)(dan)(dan)位(wei)、個體(ti)戶(hu))的影響。
網(wang)上零售(shou)(shou)額是指(zhi)通過公共網(wang)絡交易(yi)平(ping)(ping)臺(包括自建網(wang)站(zhan)和(he)第(di)三方平(ping)(ping)臺)實(shi)現的商(shang)(shang)(shang)品和(he)服務零售(shou)(shou)額之和(he)。商(shang)(shang)(shang)品和(he)服務包括實(shi)物商(shang)(shang)(shang)品和(he)非實(shi)物商(shang)(shang)(shang)品(如虛擬商(shang)(shang)(shang)品、服務類商(shang)(shang)(shang)品等)。
社會消費品(pin)零(ling)售(shou)總額包括實物(wu)商品(pin)網(wang)上(shang)零(ling)售(shou)額,不包括非實物(wu)商品(pin)網(wang)上(shang)零(ling)售(shou)額。
(6)服(fu)務零售額指(zhi)企(qi)業(產業活動單(dan)位、個體戶(hu))以交易形(xing)式直接提(ti)供給個人和其他單(dan)位非生產、非經營(ying)用的服(fu)務價(jia)(jia)值(zhi)總和,旨在反映服(fu)務提(ti)供方(fang)以貨(huo)幣形(xing)式銷售的屬(shu)于消費的服(fu)務價(jia)(jia)值(zhi),包括交通、住(zhu)宿、餐飲、教育、衛生、體育、娛樂等領(ling)域服(fu)務活動的零售額。
(7)固(gu)定資(zi)產(chan)投(tou)資(zi)增速按可比口(kou)徑計算。
(8)進出口數據來源于海關總署。
(9)就(jiu)業(ye)人員是(shi)指(zhi)16周歲及以上,有(you)勞動能(neng)力,為取得勞動報酬或經營收入(ru)而從事一定(ding)社(she)會勞動的人員。
 (10)農(nong)(nong)民工(gong)是(shi)(shi)指戶(hu)(hu)籍仍在農(nong)(nong)村,進(jin)城務工(gong)和在當地(di)或異地(di)從事非農(nong)(nong)產業勞(lao)動(dong)6個月及以(yi)上的勞(lao)動(dong)者(zhe)。本地(di)農(nong)(nong)民工(gong)是(shi)(shi)指在戶(hu)(hu)籍所(suo)在鄉(xiang)鎮(zhen)地(di)域內(nei)從業的農(nong)(nong)民工(gong)。外出農(nong)(nong)民工(gong)是(shi)(shi)指在戶(hu)(hu)籍所(suo)在鄉(xiang)鎮(zhen)地(di)域外從業的農(nong)(nong)民工(gong)。
(11)全國居民人均可支配(pei)(pei)收入中位(wei)數是指將所有(you)調查戶(hu)按人均可支配(pei)(pei)收入水平從(cong)低到高順序排(pai)列,處(chu)于最中間(jian)位(wei)置(zhi)的(de)調查戶(hu)的(de)人均可支配(pei)(pei)收入。
全國居民人(ren)均可(ke)支配收(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)入(ru)五等份分組(zu)是(shi)指(zhi)將所(suo)有調(diao)查戶按人(ren)均收(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)入(ru)水(shui)平(ping)從(cong)低(di)到(dao)高(gao)順序(xu)排列,平(ping)均分為(wei)五個(ge)等份,處于(yu)最低(di)20%的收(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)入(ru)群(qun)體(ti)為(wei)低(di)收(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)入(ru)組(zu),依(yi)此(ci)類(lei)推依(yi)次為(wei)中間偏下收(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)入(ru)組(zu)、中間收(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)入(ru)組(zu)、中間偏上(shang)收(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)入(ru)組(zu)、高(gao)收(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)入(ru)組(zu)。
