第二十屆中(zhong)(zhong)國土木(mu)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)詹天佑(you)獎(jiang)頒獎(jiang)大會上,交通(tong)運(yun)輸部(bu)黨(dang)組成員(yuan)、副部(bu)長(chang)、中(zhong)(zhong)國土木(mu)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)學會副理事長(chang)王剛宣讀頒獎(jiang)決(jue)定(ding),北(bei)京至張(zhang)家口高(gao)速鐵路工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)、港(gang)珠(zhu)澳大橋主體工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)島隧工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)、北(bei)京市CBD核心區中(zhong)(zhong)信大廈等89項土木(mu)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)領(ling)域(yu)杰(jie)出的代(dai)表(biao)性(xing)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)獲(huo)獎(jiang),與會領(ling)導(dao)向獲(huo)獎(jiang)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)及獲(huo)獎(jiang)單(dan)位代(dai)表(biao)頒發了詹天佑(you)獎(jiang)榮譽獎(jiang)杯。
中國土木工(gong)程詹天(tian)佑獎(jiang)是面(mian)向我國土木工(gong)程行業科技創新的(de)最(zui)高(gao)獎(jiang),本(ben)屆詹天(tian)佑獎(jiang)首設特等獎(jiang),頒給世界上首條時速350公(gong)里智能高(gao)速鐵路——北京至張家口高(gao)速鐵路工(gong)程。
“詹天佑大(da)獎(jiang)特等(deng)獎(jiang)是(shi)首次設立,1909年(nian)詹天佑先(xian)生主持建(jian)(jian)成(cheng)京(jing)張鐵路,2019年(nian)國鐵集團組織建(jian)(jian)成(cheng)世界首條智(zhi)能京(jing)張高鐵,這(zhe)是(shi)對(dui)詹天佑先(xian)生偉大(da)創(chuang)新(xin)精神的發展(zhan)和(he)傳承(cheng),能夠成(cheng)為(wei)特等(deng)獎(jiang)的獲得者,團隊無(wu)比(bi)激動、倍感榮幸和(he)自豪。”獲獎(jiang)單位代表(biao)(biao)表(biao)(biao)示,這(zhe)條高鐵的誕生,難度巨大(da),在設計(ji)之初就面臨多(duo)項挑(tiao)戰,建(jian)(jian)設過程中難題(ti)也不斷接(jie)踵而至(zhi)。
對此,項目團隊(dui)開展了(le)(le)(le)智能(neng)(neng)(neng)高(gao)(gao)鐵(tie)(tie)理論(lun)體(ti)系(xi)(xi)和大腦(nao)平臺,以及(ji)(ji)智能(neng)(neng)(neng)建(jian)(jian)(jian)造(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)、智能(neng)(neng)(neng)裝(zhuang)備、智能(neng)(neng)(neng)運營技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)創新。如首創了(le)(le)(le)“模數驅動、軸面協(xie)同(tong)”智能(neng)(neng)(neng)高(gao)(gao)鐵(tie)(tie)理論(lun),創新了(le)(le)(le)涵蓋協(xie)同(tong)設(she)計、智能(neng)(neng)(neng)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)、工(gong)(gong)(gong)程管理的(de)(de)(de)(de)高(gao)(gao)鐵(tie)(tie)智能(neng)(neng)(neng)建(jian)(jian)(jian)造(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)套技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu),實現了(le)(le)(le)數字(zi)化工(gong)(gong)(gong)廠(chang)、智能(neng)(neng)(neng)化施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)、裝(zhuang)配式建(jian)(jian)(jian)造(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)、精細化管控等功能(neng)(neng)(neng);研(yan)(yan)發了(le)(le)(le)具有國(guo)際(ji)領(ling)(ling)先水(shui)平的(de)(de)(de)(de)深(shen)(shen)埋(mai)復雜(za)地下車(che)站(zhan)建(jian)(jian)(jian)造(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)套技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu),包(bao)括多層密(mi)集(ji)洞群(qun)(qun)地下車(che)站(zhan)新模式及(ji)(ji)洞群(qun)(qun)修建(jian)(jian)(jian)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)、30米(mi)(mi)級超大跨(kua)隧道修建(jian)(jian)(jian)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)、深(shen)(shen)埋(mai)地下車(che)站(zhan)環(huan)境營造(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)及(ji)(ji)防災救援技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)、下穿(chuan)長(chang)城古(gu)建(jian)(jian)(jian)筑微(wei)震(zhen)爆破(po)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)和下穿(chuan)風(feng)景名勝區(qu)環(huan)境保(bao)護(hu)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)、站(zhan)隧工(gong)(gong)(gong)程四(si)節一環(huan)保(bao)綠(lv)色建(jian)(jian)(jian)造(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)等,在八達嶺(ling)核心景區(qu)內建(jian)(jian)(jian)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)了(le)(le)(le)國(guo)內埋(mai)深(shen)(shen)最深(shen)(shen)(102米(mi)(mi))、旅客(ke)提升高(gao)(gao)度最高(gao)(gao)(62米(mi)(mi))、暗挖洞群(qun)(qun)最復雜(za)(78個洞室、88個中斷面)、單拱跨(kua)度最大(32.7米(mi)(mi))的(de)(de)(de)(de)高(gao)(gao)鐵(tie)(tie)暗挖車(che)站(zhan);研(yan)(yan)發了(le)(le)(le)具有國(guo)際(ji)領(ling)(ling)先水(shui)平的(de)(de)(de)(de)高(gao)(gao)速(su)無砟(zha)軌(gui)道大跨(kua)鋼橋(qiao)建(jian)(jian)(jian)造(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)套技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu),包(bao)括時速(su)350公里(li)無砟(zha)軌(gui)道長(chang)大鋼桁梁橋(qiao)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)、高(gao)(gao)等級水(shui)源保(bao)護(hu)區(qu)橋(qiao)梁綠(lv)色建(jian)(jian)(jian)造(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)、時速(su)350公里(li)應急搶修鋼-混凝土(tu)結合梁結構(gou)及(ji)(ji)其快速(su)安(an)裝(zhuang)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)等,建(jian)(jian)(jian)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)了(le)(le)(le)世(shi)界(jie)上(shang)首例時速(su)350公里(li)無砟(zha)軌(gui)道多孔大跨(kua)度鋼桁梁橋(qiao),刷新了(le)(le)(le)鋼橋(qiao)上(shang)連(lian)續鋪設(she)無砟(zha)軌(gui)道的(de)(de)(de)(de)長(chang)度紀(ji)錄(945.4米(mi)(mi))……對難題(ti)的(de)(de)(de)(de)逐一創新突(tu)破(po),使(shi)得京張高(gao)(gao)鐵(tie)(tie)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)為世(shi)界(jie)首條實現智能(neng)(neng)(neng)化成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)體(ti)系(xi)(xi)設(she)計的(de)(de)(de)(de)高(gao)(gao)速(su)鐵(tie)(tie)路。
此次(ci)大會圍繞“土(tu)木工(gong)程融合創新(xin)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)”的主題,錢七虎(hu)、丁烈(lie)云、歐進萍、任南(nan)琪、繆(mou)昌文(wen)、聶(nie)建國、肖緒文(wen)、彭(peng)永臻、李術才、朱(zhu)合華、李惠等多位(wei)院士作特(te)邀報(bao)告,通(tong)過分享(xiang)學術前沿與行業動態,深入(ru)探討如(ru)何加(jia)快培育(yu)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)新(xin)質生產(chan)力,助推(tui)現代土(tu)木工(gong)程高(gao)質量發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)。
中(zhong)國土木工程學會(hui)理事長易軍指出,大會(hui)以(yi)致力(li)于讓人民(min)群眾能夠居住到綠(lv)色(se)、低(di)碳、智能、安全的好(hao)房子為基本出發點,積極推動大土木領域(yu)高(gao)質量發展,為全社會(hui)提供高(gao)品質建(jian)筑(zhu)產品,以(yi)中(zhong)國建(jian)造持續提升中(zhong)國形象。
會上還(huan)舉行(xing)了(le)《中國土(tu)木工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)建設發(fa)(fa)(fa)展報(bao)告》發(fa)(fa)(fa)布(bu)儀式、《中國大百科(ke)全書(第三版)·土(tu)木工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)》首發(fa)(fa)(fa)儀式、《智(zhi)能建造產業融合發(fa)(fa)(fa)展戰略合作意(yi)向協議》簽約儀式、中國土(tu)木工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)學(xue)會科(ke)普教育(yu)基地授(shou)牌儀式,印發(fa)(fa)(fa)了(le)《中國土(tu)木工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)學(xue)會科(ke)普發(fa)(fa)(fa)展五年規(gui)劃(2024-2028年)》。
中(zhong)國工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)院院士、《中(zhong)國大百科全書》土(tu)木(mu)工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)學科主編(bian)錢七虎指出,當下傳統建(jian)造(zao)(zao)產業的轉(zhuan)型升級勢(shi)在必行。要(yao)加(jia)(jia)快數字技術(shu)賦能(neng)(neng)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)建(jian)造(zao)(zao),即(ji)加(jia)(jia)快大數據、云計算(suan)、5G、物聯(lian)網(wang)和人(ren)工(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)等信息技術(shu)與土(tu)木(mu)工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)建(jian)造(zao)(zao)全過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)、全要(yao)素的深度融(rong)合(he),實現(xian)土(tu)木(mu)工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)建(jian)造(zao)(zao)和健康管理的數字化轉(zhuan)型和智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)化改造(zao)(zao)。 (本報(bao)綜合(he)報(bao)道(dao))
