2月13日,記者從山(shan)西(xi)(xi)省總(zong)工會(hui)了解(jie)到,山(shan)西(xi)(xi)省總(zong)工會(hui)、山(shan)西(xi)(xi)省人力資源和社會(hui)保障廳聯合(he)印發《關于推薦評(ping)選2025年山(shan)西(xi)(xi)省五一勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)獎(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)狀、獎(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)章(zhang)和工人先鋒號的通(tong)知》,標志著省五一勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)獎(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)狀、獎(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)章(zhang)和工人先鋒號評(ping)選推薦工作(zuo)啟動(dong)(dong)。
據《通(tong)知》,省(sheng)總工會(hui)(hui)、省(sheng)人力資源和社(she)會(hui)(hui)保障廳(ting)決(jue)定,今年“五一(yi)(yi)”前(qian)夕,表彰一(yi)(yi)批在我省(sheng)經(jing)濟建設(she)(she)、政治(zhi)建設(she)(she)、文(wen)化(hua)建設(she)(she)、社(she)會(hui)(hui)建設(she)(she)、生態文(wen)明(ming)建設(she)(she)和黨的建設(she)(she)中涌(yong)現出的先進(jin)集體和個(ge)人,分別授予(yu)山西(xi)(xi)省(sheng)五一(yi)(yi)勞動獎狀、山西(xi)(xi)省(sheng)五一(yi)(yi)勞動獎章和山西(xi)(xi)省(sheng)工人先鋒(feng)號稱號。
本次評選(xuan)推(tui)(tui)薦(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)要求,堅持面向(xiang)基層、面向(xiang)一(yi)線、面向(xiang)普通勞(lao)(lao)動者:在(zai)推(tui)(tui)薦(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)山(shan)西(xi)(xi)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)五一(yi)勞(lao)(lao)動獎章人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)選(xuan)中(zhong)(zhong),產業(ye)工(gong)(gong)(gong)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)不(bu)(bu)低(di)(di)(di)于(yu)(yu)35%,其(qi)他一(yi)線職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)和(he)(he)(he)專(zhuan)業(ye)技術人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)員不(bu)(bu)低(di)(di)(di)于(yu)(yu)20%,科(ke)(ke)教人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)員不(bu)(bu)低(di)(di)(di)于(yu)(yu)20%,農民工(gong)(gong)(gong)不(bu)(bu)低(di)(di)(di)于(yu)(yu)10%,注(zhu)重推(tui)(tui)薦(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)貨(huo)車司機、網約車司機、快(kuai)遞員、外(wai)賣配(pei)送員、家政服務人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)員等新就業(ye)形(xing)態勞(lao)(lao)動者,跨(kua)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(區(qu)(qu)、市)農民工(gong)(gong)(gong)可由(you)戶籍所(suo)在(zai)地(di)或工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)所(suo)在(zai)地(di)推(tui)(tui)薦(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)。各市推(tui)(tui)薦(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)機關和(he)(he)(he)事業(ye)單位縣(xian)處級干部(含非(fei)領導職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)務)不(bu)(bu)超過1人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren),企(qi)業(ye)負責人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)不(bu)(bu)得超過分配(pei)名(ming)額,女職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)應占一(yi)定比(bi)例(li)。其(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)在(zai)事業(ye)單位擔(dan)任(ren)領導職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)務、具有高級職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)稱的(de),并繼(ji)續(xu)從(cong)事教學、科(ke)(ke)研、醫療等方面工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo),作(zuo)出突出貢獻的(de)專(zhuan)家和(he)(he)(he)學術帶頭人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren),可以按(an)科(ke)(ke)研人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)員推(tui)(tui)薦(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian);在(zai)推(tui)(tui)薦(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)山(shan)西(xi)(xi)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)工(gong)(gong)(gong)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)先鋒號先進集體(ti)中(zhong)(zhong),企(qi)業(ye)班(ban)組不(bu)(bu)得少(shao)于(yu)(yu)70%;非(fei)公有制企(qi)業(ye)及(ji)其(qi)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)在(zai)山(shan)西(xi)(xi)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)五一(yi)勞(lao)(lao)動獎和(he)(he)(he)山(shan)西(xi)(xi)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)工(gong)(gong)(gong)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)先鋒號中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)比(bi)例(li)均不(bu)(bu)得低(di)(di)(di)于(yu)(yu)35%;要優先推(tui)(tui)薦(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)具有工(gong)(gong)(gong)匠(jiang)精(jing)神的(de)高技能(neng)(neng)(neng)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才和(he)(he)(he)優秀技術工(gong)(gong)(gong)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren),注(zhu)重推(tui)(tui)薦(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)在(zai)重點項(xiang)目(mu)、重大(da)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程、促進區(qu)(qu)域發展(zhan)、開展(zhan)勞(lao)(lao)動和(he)(he)(he)技能(neng)(neng)(neng)競(jing)賽以及(ji)“五小”創新大(da)賽中(zhong)(zhong)涌現(xian)的(de)先進集體(ti)和(he)(he)(he)個人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren);沒有開展(zhan)勞(lao)(lao)動和(he)(he)(he)技能(neng)(neng)(neng)競(jing)賽的(de)企(qi)事業(ye)單位和(he)(he)(he)車間、工(gong)(gong)(gong)段(duan)、班(ban)組(科(ke)(ke)室)不(bu)(bu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)作(zuo)為山(shan)西(xi)(xi)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)五一(yi)勞(lao)(lao)動獎狀和(he)(he)(he)山(shan)西(xi)(xi)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)工(gong)(gong)(gong)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)先鋒號推(tui)(tui)薦(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)對象。
本次評選(xuan)推(tui)薦工(gong)(gong)作要求嚴(yan)(yan)格推(tui)薦評選(xuan)程(cheng)序。凡(fan)違反(fan)國家政策、法律法規,違反(fan)企業(ye)用工(gong)(gong)規定,有近三(san)年內發生重(zhong)特大生產(chan)安全事(shi)故、嚴(yan)(yan)重(zhong)職(zhi)業(ye)危害(hai)或群體性事(shi)件,因(yin)拖欠職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)資、欠繳職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)保(bao)險(xian)、行(xing)政處罰(fa)較多(duo),勞動關(guan)系不(bu)和(he)(he)諧(xie),嚴(yan)(yan)重(zhong)失信,未組(zu)建(jian)(jian)工(gong)(gong)會,未建(jian)(jian)立職(zhi)代會和(he)(he)集體合同制(zhi)(zhi)度,未依照《公司法》有關(guan)要求建(jian)(jian)立職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)董事(shi)制(zhi)(zhi)度、職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)監事(shi)制(zhi)(zhi)度,能(neng)源消耗(hao)超標,環(huan)境污染嚴(yan)(yan)重(zhong)等情形之一的企業(ye)和(he)(he)企業(ye)負(fu)責人,不(bu)能(neng)參加評選(xuan)。
本次(ci)評(ping)選獎勵(li)堅持精(jing)(jing)神激勵(li)和物質(zhi)獎勵(li)相結合(he)、以(yi)精(jing)(jing)神獎勵(li)為主(zhu)的(de)原則,對(dui)評(ping)選出(chu)的(de)先進(jin)個人,授予“山西(xi)省(sheng)五(wu)一勞(lao)動(dong)獎章(zhang)”稱號,頒發(fa)證(zheng)書、獎章(zhang)、獎金;對(dui)評(ping)選出(chu)的(de)先進(jin)單位、先進(jin)集體,分別授予“山西(xi)省(sheng)五(wu)一勞(lao)動(dong)獎狀”“山西(xi)省(sheng)工人先鋒(feng)號”稱號,頒發(fa)證(zheng)書、獎牌。(記者 梁(liang)成(cheng)虎)
