山(shan)(shan)西(xi)日(ri)(ri)報客戶(hu)端綜合報道(dao) 太原武宿(su)國際機場三期(qi)(qi)改(gai)項(xiang)目(mu),作為中國民(min)航局“十(shi)四五(wu)”規劃機場建設的關鍵工(gong)程(cheng),自開(kai)工(gong)以(yi)來(lai)便備受矚目(mu)。建設者們夜以(yi)繼日(ri)(ri)地辛勤(qin)工(gong)作,確保各項(xiang)工(gong)程(cheng)節點得以(yi)順(shun)利推(tui)(tui)進(jin),進(jin)度不斷取得新突破(po)。記(ji)者4月3日(ri)(ri)了解到,由山(shan)(shan)西(xi)建投建工(gong)集團承建的太原武宿(su)國際機場三期(qi)(qi)改(gai)擴建工(gong)程(cheng)綜合交(jiao)通中心(xin)停車樓項(xiang)目(mu)主體結(jie)構(gou)實現全面封頂,內外裝飾工(gong)程(cheng)已進(jin)入精(jing)裝階(jie)段,項(xiang)目(mu)團隊將以(yi)高標準、嚴要求推(tui)(tui)進(jin)工(gong)程(cheng)建設,確保按期(qi)(qi)優質竣工(gong)。
太原(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)武宿(su)國(guo)際機場(chang)(chang)三(san)(san)期改(gai)擴建工(gong)程綜(zong)(zong)合停車(che)(che)(che)(che)樓、綜(zong)(zong)合停車(che)(che)(che)(che)樓配套(軌(gui)道交(jiao)通(tong)土建預留)和停車(che)(che)(che)(che)樓等工(gong)程施工(gong)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)位于太原(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)武宿(su)國(guo)際機場(chang)(chang)現有T2航站(zhan)樓東側(ce),規(gui)劃建設的(de)T3航站(zhan)樓北(bei)側(ce)。停車(che)(che)(che)(che)樓項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)由四座(zuo)停車(che)(che)(che)(che)樓兩(liang)(liang)兩(liang)(liang)成組,分列綜(zong)(zong)合交(jiao)通(tong)中(zhong)心東西兩(liang)(liang)側(ce),通(tong)過坡(po)道連(lian)廊(lang)與綜(zong)(zong)合交(jiao)通(tong)中(zhong)心連(lian)接,總建筑面積(ji)約(yue)13.54萬平方米。其中(zhong),P1、P2、P3停車(che)(che)(che)(che)樓均(jun)為地(di)上(shang)三(san)(san)層,P4停車(che)(che)(che)(che)樓為地(di)上(shang)三(san)(san)層和地(di)下一(yi)層,總停車(che)(che)(che)(che)數3215輛。項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)建成后,將極(ji)大提升機場(chang)(chang)旅客(ke)便利(li)性及交(jiao)通(tong)接駁能(neng)力,助力太原(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)武宿(su)國(guo)際機場(chang)(chang)打造現代化綜(zong)(zong)合交(jiao)通(tong)樞紐。
項(xiang)目的(de)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設對施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)隊來說是個(ge)(ge)不小的(de)挑戰。自開工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)以(yi)來,山(shan)西(xi)建(jian)(jian)(jian)投(tou)建(jian)(jian)(jian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)集團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)便(bian)堅持(chi)以(yi)前期(qi)策(ce)(ce)劃(hua)為指引,進(jin)度(du)管控為主線,積極(ji)謀劃(hua)、精心部署(shu),全(quan)(quan)力以(yi)赴(fu)推進(jin)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設。期(qi)間,針(zhen)對項(xiang)目體(ti)量(liang)大(da)、工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)期(qi)緊、施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)環境(jing)復雜等特點,山(shan)西(xi)建(jian)(jian)(jian)投(tou)建(jian)(jian)(jian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)集團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)組建(jian)(jian)(jian)專業(ye)技(ji)術團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)隊開展(zhan)全(quan)(quan)方位施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)策(ce)(ce)劃(hua),運(yun)用(yong)BIM技(ji)術建(jian)(jian)(jian)立全(quan)(quan)專業(ye)三維模型,提(ti)前優化(hua)管線排(pai)布和結構節(jie)點設計,有效規(gui)避(bi)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)碰(peng)撞問題。采用(yong)“分區施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)”模式(shi),將(jiang)四座停車樓劃(hua)分為24個(ge)(ge)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)區塊(kuai),有效縮短主體(ti)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)期(qi)20天。同時(shi),積極(ji)應用(yong)智能化(hua)建(jian)(jian)(jian)造(zao)技(ji)術,主體(ti)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)階段引入(ru)智能機器人進(jin)行混(hun)凝(ning)土澆筑及整(zheng)平(ping)收面(mian),有效提(ti)高整(zheng)體(ti)面(mian)層施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)質量(liang),大(da)大(da)提(ti)高了施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)效率(lv)。項(xiang)目建(jian)(jian)(jian)設中,施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)方推廣綠(lv)色建(jian)(jian)(jian)造(zao)技(ji)術,在(zai)新修道路(lu)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)過程中使(shi)用(yong)再生骨料混(hun)凝(ning)土,全(quan)(quan)力打造(zao)綠(lv)色施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)示范(fan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程。
目前,停車樓整體建(jian)設(she)正(zheng)有序推進(jin)(jin),P1至P4主體混凝(ning)土結構均已全(quan)面封頂,砌(qi)筑(zhu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程同(tong)步(bu)完成(cheng)。內外裝飾工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程進(jin)(jin)入精裝階段(duan),幕(mu)墻(qiang)系統(tong)安(an)裝與室內墻(qiang)面基層(ceng)精平施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)同(tong)步(bu)展開,其(qi)中P3、P4樓座(zuo)率先完成(cheng)干掛(gua)幕(mu)墻(qiang)面板(ban)安(an)裝及屋面防水找坡(po)層(ceng)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)。機電預埋管線與土建(jian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程實現無縫銜接,各樓座(zuo)嚴格遵循(xun)國家驗(yan)收規(gui)范完成(cheng)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)序報驗(yan),施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)質(zhi)量全(quan)程受控,為后續按期竣(jun)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)交付(fu)奠定(ding)堅實基礎。
