6月19日,省統計局發(fa)布報告,2023年全省城(cheng)(cheng)鎮非私營單(dan)位就(jiu)業人(ren)員年平(ping)(ping)均(jun)(jun)工(gong)(gong)資為95025元;城(cheng)(cheng)鎮私營單(dan)位就(jiu)業人(ren)員年平(ping)(ping)均(jun)(jun)工(gong)(gong)資為50452元,城(cheng)(cheng)鎮單(dan)位就(jiu)業人(ren)員年平(ping)(ping)均(jun)(jun)工(gong)(gong)資均(jun)(jun)比上(shang)年有所(suo)增(zeng)加。
城鎮(zhen)單位是指城鎮(zhen)地域內的法人單位,其(qi)中對(dui)規模以上(shang)企業(ye)開展(zhan)(zhan)全(quan)面調查,對(dui)就業(ye)人員在5人及以上(shang)的其(qi)他(ta)單位開展(zhan)(zhan)抽樣調查,調查對(dui)象不包括個體工商(shang)戶(hu)和自(zi)由職業(ye)者等。

工資水(shui)平總體保持平穩增長
2023年(nian)(nian)(nian)全(quan)省(sheng)(sheng)城(cheng)鎮非私營單(dan)位就業人(ren)員年(nian)(nian)(nian)平(ping)(ping)均工資同比(bi)名(ming)(ming)義(yi)增(zeng)長(chang)5.0%,增(zeng)速比(bi)上(shang)年(nian)(nian)(nian)低4.8個百分點(dian);城(cheng)鎮私營單(dan)位就業人(ren)員年(nian)(nian)(nian)平(ping)(ping)均工資同比(bi)名(ming)(ming)義(yi)增(zeng)長(chang)6.7%,增(zeng)速高(gao)于(yu)上(shang)年(nian)(nian)(nian)3.4個百分點(dian)。全(quan)年(nian)(nian)(nian)全(quan)省(sheng)(sheng)經(jing)濟(ji)(ji)(ji)保(bao)持平(ping)(ping)穩(wen)復蘇、穩(wen)中向(xiang)好的發展態勢,地區生產(chan)總值比(bi)上(shang)年(nian)(nian)(nian)增(zeng)長(chang)5.0%,全(quan)部工業增(zeng)加值比(bi)上(shang)年(nian)(nian)(nian)增(zeng)長(chang)5.9%,服務業增(zeng)加值比(bi)上(shang)年(nian)(nian)(nian)增(zeng)長(chang)5.0%,社會(hui)消費品零售總額比(bi)上(shang)年(nian)(nian)(nian)增(zeng)長(chang)5.5%,全(quan)年(nian)(nian)(nian)全(quan)省(sheng)(sheng)居民(min)人(ren)均可(ke)支(zhi)配收入比(bi)上(shang)年(nian)(nian)(nian)增(zeng)長(chang)6.0%,這些都為工資平(ping)(ping)穩(wen)增(zeng)長(chang)提供了堅實的經(jing)濟(ji)(ji)(ji)基(ji)礎,經(jing)濟(ji)(ji)(ji)發展水平(ping)(ping)與工資增(zeng)長(chang)速度基(ji)本保(bao)持了同步。
多數行業平均工資繼續增長,但增速差異較大
在所有行業門(men)類中,無論(lun)是城鎮非私營(ying)單位還是私營(ying)單位,多(duo)數行業的就業人員(yuan)平均工(gong)資繼續增長。
采礦業(ye)(ye)在(zai)城鎮非私營(ying)(ying)單位(wei)和私營(ying)(ying)單位(wei)中(zhong)的(de)平(ping)均工(gong)(gong)資(zi)分(fen)(fen)別為124277元(yuan)(yuan)和69054元(yuan)(yuan),分(fen)(fen)別增(zeng)長8.7%和10.1%,增(zeng)速較(jiao)快主要(yao)(yao)是受2023年礦業(ye)(ye)市場持續向好、主要(yao)(yao)礦產品供給平(ping)穩等因素(su)影(ying)響。建(jian)筑業(ye)(ye)在(zai)城鎮非私營(ying)(ying)單位(wei)和私營(ying)(ying)單位(wei)中(zhong)平(ping)均工(gong)(gong)資(zi)增(zeng)速分(fen)(fen)別為11.2%和14.1%,主要(yao)(yao)原因一是上(shang)年基數(shu)較(jiao)低,上(shang)年增(zeng)速分(fen)(fen)別為4.2%和2.5%;二是隨著(zhu)根治(zhi)欠薪工(gong)(gong)作的(de)常態化推進,保障農(nong)民工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)按時足(zu)額(e)支付;三是隨著(zhu)建(jian)筑業(ye)(ye)用工(gong)(gong)方式的(de)轉變,工(gong)(gong)資(zi)水平(ping)較(jiao)低的(de)就業(ye)(ye)人員減(jian)少,在(zai)兩類(lei)單位(wei)中(zhong),就業(ye)(ye)人員分(fen)(fen)別減(jian)少10.6%和10.2%,一定(ding)程度(du)上(shang)促使建(jian)筑業(ye)(ye)平(ping)均工(gong)(gong)資(zi)增(zeng)長。
金融(rong)業(ye)在城鎮非(fei)私營(ying)單位中的(de)平(ping)(ping)均(jun)工資增(zeng)速為(wei)10.1%,增(zeng)速較高的(de)原(yuan)因主(zhu)要(yao)是就業(ye)人(ren)數近五成(cheng)的(de)保險行(xing)業(ye)持續(xu)進行(xing)營(ying)銷模式轉型,工資水平(ping)(ping)較低的(de)保險代理員大(da)幅減少(shao),推動(dong)整個金融(rong)行(xing)業(ye)平(ping)(ping)均(jun)工資水平(ping)(ping)上升。在城鎮非(fei)私營(ying)單位金融(rong)業(ye)3個主(zhu)要(yao)行(xing)業(ye)大(da)類中,保險業(ye)就業(ye)人(ren)員減少(shao)10.4%,平(ping)(ping)均(jun)工資上漲(zhang)19.0%。
接(jie)觸性(xing)服(fu)務(wu)業工資水平(ping)(ping)(ping)增速(su)顯著回(hui)升。在(zai)穩增長政策(ce)支持下,居(ju)民消費需求不斷釋放(fang),服(fu)務(wu)行(xing)業保(bao)持了較強的復蘇勢頭,工資水平(ping)(ping)(ping)得到提高(gao)。如住(zhu)宿(su)和餐飲(yin)業,在(zai)城鎮非私營(ying)和私營(ying)單位平(ping)(ping)(ping)均工資分(fen)(fen)別(bie)(bie)增長17.0%、13.6%,增速(su)在(zai)所有行(xing)業門類中均居(ju)首位,增速(su)分(fen)(fen)別(bie)(bie)比(bi)上(shang)年(nian)提高(gao)15.2、17.3個(ge)百分(fen)(fen)點(dian);隨著消費新(xin)場(chang)景為文化(hua)娛(yu)樂市場(chang)注入新(xin)活力,文化(hua)、體育(yu)和娛(yu)樂業在(zai)城鎮非私營(ying)和私營(ying)單位中平(ping)(ping)(ping)均工資分(fen)(fen)別(bie)(bie)增長7.1%、4.6%,增速(su)分(fen)(fen)別(bie)(bie)提高(gao)0.4、2.1個(ge)百分(fen)(fen)點(dian)。
部分行(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)工(gong)資增(zeng)速較(jiao)(jiao)低。受(shou)增(zeng)資因素較(jiao)(jiao)少的影響(xiang),非私營(ying)單位中的公(gong)(gong)共管理(li)(li)、社(she)(she)會保障和(he)社(she)(she)會組(zu)織行(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)平(ping)均工(gong)資下降(jiang)1.8%,教育以及水(shui)利(li)、環(huan)境和(he)公(gong)(gong)共設施(shi)管理(li)(li)業(ye)(ye)的工(gong)資增(zeng)速較(jiao)(jiao)低,分別為3.9%和(he)1.9%。受(shou)市場影響(xiang),房(fang)地產行(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)中的非私營(ying)單位平(ping)均工(gong)資下降(jiang)12.2%,在非私營(ying)單位所有行(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)門(men)類中降(jiang)幅(fu)最大;私營(ying)單位中的科學研究和(he)技(ji)術服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)業(ye)(ye),水(shui)利(li)、環(huan)境和(he)公(gong)(gong)共設施(shi)管理(li)(li)業(ye)(ye),居民服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)、修(xiu)理(li)(li)和(he)其他(ta)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)業(ye)(ye)平(ping)均工(gong)資分別下降(jiang)3.8%、1.7%、0.5%。
行業間、崗(gang)位間工資水(shui)平差距縮小
行業(ye)(ye)(ye)間(jian)工(gong)資(zi)水(shui)平(ping)差距有所縮小。無論是(shi)(shi)非(fei)私營(ying)(ying)單(dan)(dan)位(wei)還是(shi)(shi)私營(ying)(ying)單(dan)(dan)位(wei),工(gong)資(zi)水(shui)平(ping)較高的行業(ye)(ye)(ye)主要集中(zhong)在(zai)采(cai)礦業(ye)(ye)(ye),電力(li)、熱(re)力(li)、燃(ran)氣及水(shui)生產和(he)供應(ying)業(ye)(ye)(ye),信(xin)息(xi)傳(chuan)輸、軟件和(he)信(xin)息(xi)技術(shu)服務(wu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)以(yi)及金融業(ye)(ye)(ye);工(gong)資(zi)水(shui)平(ping)較低的行業(ye)(ye)(ye)主要集中(zhong)在(zai)水(shui)利、環境和(he)公共設(she)施管理業(ye)(ye)(ye),住(zhu)宿和(he)餐飲業(ye)(ye)(ye),居民服務(wu)、修理和(he)其(qi)他服務(wu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)及文化、體育和(he)娛樂業(ye)(ye)(ye)等。在(zai)非(fei)私營(ying)(ying)單(dan)(dan)位(wei)中(zhong),最高與(yu)最低工(gong)資(zi)之比(bi)為2.81,比(bi)上(shang)年(nian)縮小0.04,私營(ying)(ying)單(dan)(dan)位(wei)中(zhong)這一(yi)比(bi)值為2.2,與(yu)上(shang)年(nian)基(ji)本持平(ping)。
崗位間(jian)工(gong)(gong)資差距縮(suo)小較為(wei)(wei)明顯。在規(gui)模以(yi)上(shang)(shang)企業中,中層(ceng)及(ji)以(yi)上(shang)(shang)管理人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)資最(zui)(zui)高(gao)(gao),為(wei)(wei)156785元;辦事人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)和有關人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)資最(zui)(zui)低(di),為(wei)(wei)68705元。最(zui)(zui)高(gao)(gao)和最(zui)(zui)低(di)工(gong)(gong)資之比從上(shang)(shang)年的2.37縮(suo)小為(wei)(wei)2.28。社會生產(chan)服務(wu)和生活(huo)服務(wu)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)、專業技術(shu)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)、生產(chan)制造及(ji)有關人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)平(ping)均工(gong)(gong)資增速(su)較高(gao)(gao),分別為(wei)(wei)8.4%、7.9%和7.1%,高(gao)(gao)于辦事人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)和有關人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)6.4%、中層(ceng)及(ji)以(yi)上(shang)(shang)管理人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)2.3%的平(ping)均工(gong)(gong)資增速(su)。
專家指出,平均工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)是反映一個(ge)(ge)地(di)區或行業(ye)、崗位總體工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)情況和變化的(de)(de)重要(yao)(yao)統計(ji)指標(biao),主要(yao)(yao)用于社保(bao)基(ji)數、退休養老、司法賠償、企業(ye)用工(gong)(gong)(gong)成本等,在大多數情況下與個(ge)(ge)人(ren)實際拿到(dao)手的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)或收入并不相等。就業(ye)人(ren)員平均工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)包(bao)括就業(ye)人(ren)員從(cong)單(dan)位實際領取(qu)的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)、獎金(jin)、津(jin)補貼(tie)等,還(huan)包(bao)括單(dan)位從(cong)個(ge)(ge)人(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)中代扣代繳的(de)(de)個(ge)(ge)人(ren)所得稅、社會保(bao)險基(ji)金(jin)及住房(fang)公積金(jin)等。
