加快數智供應(ying)鏈發(fa)展專項行動計劃
為深入貫徹黨(dang)的(de)(de)二(er)十大和(he)(he)二(er)十屆(jie)二(er)中、三中全(quan)(quan)會(hui)以及中央財經(jing)委員會(hui)第四次會(hui)議精(jing)神(shen),落實中共中央辦公廳、國務院辦公廳印發的(de)(de)《有效(xiao)降低全(quan)(quan)社會(hui)物流成(cheng)本(ben)行動方案》有關部署,深化供(gong)應(ying)鏈創新與(yu)應(ying)用,充分發揮數智供(gong)應(ying)鏈在完善現代(dai)商貿流通體(ti)系、有效(xiao)降低全(quan)(quan)社會(hui)物流成(cheng)本(ben)、增強產業鏈供(gong)應(ying)鏈競爭力和(he)(he)韌性方面的(de)(de)重要作用,制定(ding)本(ben)行動計劃。
一(yi)、總體要求
以習近(jin)平新時代(dai)中國(guo)特色社會主義思(si)想為(wei)指(zhi)導,統籌發展和安(an)全(quan),促進實體(ti)(ti)經濟和數(shu)字(zi)經濟深(shen)度融合,發揮(hui)供應鏈(lian)領(ling)軍企業(ye)(ye)作用,運用人工智(zhi)能、物聯(lian)網(wang)、區塊鏈(lian)等(deng)新技術(shu),“一鏈(lian)一策”推進供應鏈(lian)數(shu)字(zi)化(hua)(hua)、智(zhi)能化(hua)(hua)、可視(shi)化(hua)(hua)改造,增強需求(qiu)預測、智(zhi)能決(jue)策、風險(xian)感(gan)知(zhi)、自我修(xiu)復(fu)(fu)等(deng)能力,提升供應鏈(lian)運行(xing)效率和韌性,為(wei)降(jiang)低全(quan)社會物流成(cheng)本、建設現代(dai)產業(ye)(ye)體(ti)(ti)系(xi)、優(you)化(hua)(hua)消費供給水平提供支撐(cheng)。到2030年,形成(cheng)可復(fu)(fu)制(zhi)推廣的數(shu)智(zhi)供應鏈(lian)建設和發展模式,在重要產業(ye)(ye)和關鍵領(ling)域基本建立(li)深(shen)度嵌入(ru)、智(zhi)慧高效、自主可控的數(shu)智(zhi)供應鏈(lian)體(ti)(ti)系(xi),培育100家左右全(quan)國(guo)數(shu)智(zhi)供應鏈(lian)領(ling)軍企業(ye)(ye),我國(guo)產業(ye)(ye)鏈(lian)供應鏈(lian)韌性和安(an)全(quan)水平進一步提升。
二(er)、重點領(ling)域(yu)
